The Triple Tree Aerodrome is a working airport with ongoing construction projects, aircraft, and construction equipment in use. Campers must exercise caution and listen to the instructions of the camp advisors to mitigate the risk of inquries.

For and in consideration of permitting the individual to be a spectator, participant in any way, or officiate in these activities sponsored by the Triple Tree Aerodrome.

I hereby voluntarily waive, release, discharge and relinquish any and all claims, actions or
activities and any activities incidental thereto wherever or however the same may occur and for whatever period said event may continue, and the I does, for his/her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, release, discharge and relinquish any and all claims, actions or causes of action.

I recognize that safety equipment and safety procedures used at such events are not totally effective in preventing injury or death, even when used and positioned according to instruction and common sense. While some level of protection is provided by safety equipment and safety procedures used at such
events, there still remains the risk of injury or death.

I am also aware that flying may present hazards to participants and/or spectators as a result of any number of factors, including, but not limited to, unpredictable deviations from flight plans, the use of flammable liquids or fuels, equipment with numerous moving parts and the uneven terrain over which landing, take off and taxing may occur.

PHOTO RELEASE: I understand that the Triple Tree Aerodrome takes photographs of activities conducted during the summer camps. I understand that occasionally, photographs are released only to legitimate news and marketing organizations for the purpose of supporting public relations, future attendance and program viability. I hereby give and grant my permission for my child’s presence and participation in Triple Tree programs and give and grant my consent to such photography and release of such photographs.
