2025 Joe Nall Week Pre Sale tickets are OPEN
From its humble beginnings in the 1980s as a small gathering of friends in Greenville for aviation enthusiasts, the Joe Nall event has grown into one of the most anticipated events on the calendar for model aviation enthusiasts.
Attendees are drawn to our unique venue for our large, picturesque views and multiple radio control runways at our 400-acre facility. Our sprawling landscape allows guests to enjoy aviation and nature while supporting our 501c3 Non-profit.
Proceeds from our events support our facility and our Aviation Centered Educational (ACE) portfolio. Our ACE learning portfolio is an all-encompassing way of supporting STEM learning and developing the skills young men and women need to succeed in today’s technological marketplace. These skills will translate into high-paying, sustainable careers supporting our community and assist South Carolina in continuing our pathway to developing young men and women into productive citizens of the world.

FAQ's
Registration
- Membership in AMA is required for all pilots.
- Spectators are required to be current members of an aviation organization member (who is present at the event)
- Please see our FAQ page for example organizations
- Pilot- Per day based on arrival date (See Chart below)
- If registering as a pilot your spouse is free.
- Junior pilots (16 & under with AMA) are $20 for the week with a paying parent/guardian
- Under 16 years of age requires a paying parent or guardian present at the event.
- The 2nd Friday is the last official day of the event.
- Paying pilots will be allowed to travel in their personal vehicles down past the Welcome Center.
- Tent Camping- Per day based on arrival date (See Chart below)
- If you must leave early you may receive a refund on unused camping ONLY
- Spectator $20.00 per day (Available only at the gate)
- Spectators are required to park at the Welcome Center and use the Triple Tree provided people movers.

Schedule
The horn sounds at 2 pm on Friday to release everyone in line to go over the hill to claim their space. First come first serve!

All Week
The Big Build Project
- This year’s build project is a raffle conducted by Build Project Chairman Saul Levin. Saul and his team made two projects this year, a 40% and 75% scale Volksplane!
- Both will be ready to fly with a brand new Specktrum iX14 transmitter.
- Raffle tickets will be available (cash only for $5 for one ticket or $20 for five tickets) at the tent located at the main line and the raffle will be conducted on Thursday at 7 pm at the General Store during the NitoGrass performance.
- (Must be present to win) Proceeds will be donated to the Triple Tree Aviation Centered Education programs.
