Registration
- Membership in AMA is required for all pilots.
- Spectators are required to be current members of an aviation organization member (who is present at the event)
- Please see our FAQ page for example organizations
- Pilot- Per day based on arrival date (See Chart below)
- If registering as a pilot your spouse is free.
- Junior pilots (18 & under with AMA) are $20 per day with a paying parent/guardian
- The 2nd Friday is the last official day of the event.
- Tent Camping- Per day based on arrival date (See Chart below)
- If you must leave early you may receive a refund on unused camping ONLY
- Spectator $25.00 per day (Available only at the gate)

Awards
Each year we present three awards on the 2nd Friday during Joe Nall Week. The awards are:
- The Joe Nall Award
- The Bob Smith Award
- The Scott Capps Award
- The Joe Nall Award is presented to the person that supports RC hobby with great love and compassion. They have demonstrated by their involvement, and by encouraging others, young and old, to participate. They are the embodiment of fun, fellowship, and hospitality.
- The Bob Smith Award is presented to the pilot who has the most realistic model aircraft, both static and flying.
