A paved road is being created to divert the incoming traffic to the right side of the Welcome Center. This will cut out the congestion at the top of the hill when cars/campers stopped to register. This traffic will now take the new road to the right just before the top of the hill where you will be able to pull over and come to the welcome center to register without blocking the road. Then the road merges back into the main road just after the Welcome Center. Exiting traffic will stay on the old road bypassing the car/camper waiting to register.
