Triple Tree Aerodrome is pleased to announce the formation of the Triple Tree Young Aviators Council. The purpose of this council is to bring awareness to the factors that are affecting young aviators in their attempts to further their aviation careers.
The council will meet on a quarterly basis with the annual meeting being at the Young Aviators Fly-In each June. The meetings are open to anyone but are intended to be led by the Young Aviators Council. The council is comprised of aviators between the ages of 17-25 and have soloed in a powered airplane. Additionally, these members have been involved with or recommended by Triple Tree Aerodrome or the Triple Tree Aerodrome Executive Director. Each one of these members are accomplished pilots and will be furthering their aviation careers in a variety of ways.
The Young Aviators Council is led by Co-Chairs, Cayla McLeod and Ryan Hunt who are the Co-Coordinators and Co-Founders of the annual Young Aviators Fly-In. Council members include: Austin Banttari (FL), Justin Dal Colletto (FL), Alex Kirkland (GA), Malena Modirzadeh (NC), Slade Rosamond (FL), and Logan McAllister (SC)
“This inaugural program was developed by Triple Tree Aerodrome to gain insight of how we can best assist young aviators to achieve their dreams. Triple Tree Aerodrome is uniquely positioned to use our ACE portfolio and world-renowned aviation events to assist young pilots in achieving their dreams both in and out of the cockpit. The Triple Tree Young Aviators Council is a great representation of young aviators across the Southeast. We look forward to expanding this council in the upcoming years to include more states,” said Robb Williams, Director of Triple Tree Aerodrome.
